Lifetime Coverage (Whole-of-Life)

When installed by an authorized TintForce installer, our films are covered by a whole-of-life warranty, valid for the original customer. We ensure lasting peace of mind:

  • Protection against peeling, bubbling, delamination, discoloration, fading, or film cracking
  • Only applies to films installed within legal VLT limits
  • Includes replacement of film and labor for qualifying claims

 

What This Warranty Covers

  • Material defects: Film failing under normal usage conditions
  • Adhesion issues: Areas that fail due to adhesive or film failure
  • Colour stability: No change in shade or hue over time

 

What’s Not Covered

  • Illegal installation: Tints exceeding legal Visible Light Transmission (VLT) limits are not eligible
  • Physical damage: Scratches, abrasions, punctures, or damage from stickers/suction cups
  • Environmental damage: Effects from environmental contaminants or glass failure
  • Abuse or neglect: Damage caused by improper care or rough handling
  • Non-authorized installation: Warranty void if not installed by a TintForce-authorized professional

 

How to Claim

Contact your original installer within 7 days of noticing an issue.

Provide proof of purchase, install documentation, and clearly show the film roll number. Your installer will then provide next steps.

 

TintForce Warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original vehicle and purchaser. We exist to support specialists who demand top-tier performance — built for the road, backed by science.

 

Caring for Your TintForce Film

Proper care and maintenance will ensure your TintForce film performs at its best for years to come. Follow these simple guidelines to protect the film’s clarity, durability, and appearance.

 

After Installation

  • Do not clean the windows for at least 7 days. This allows the adhesive to fully cure.
  • You may notice small water bubbles or haziness during this time. This is normal and will clear as the film dries.
  • Avoid winding down windows for 3–5 days after installation.

 

Cleaning Guidelines

  • Use a soft microfiber cloth or sponge to clean the surface.
  • Clean with a mild, ammonia-free window cleaner or soapy water. Harsh chemicals and ammonia-based products can damage the film.
  • Never use abrasive pads, brushes, or scrapers on the film.

 

General Tips

  • Avoid placing stickers, suction cups, or decals on the film.
  • Do not use sharp objects near the glass.
  • Regularly dust and gently clean to prevent buildup of debris or grime.
