All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and length commitments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or unused stock.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace any product that is:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly supplied (e.g. wrong VLT, product line, or size)
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion
